(GotFrag) - Eight of America's best teams have descended upon Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the Extreme Masters III American Continental Finals. The teams participating played through a grueling online season to qualify for this event. The only exception being mibr, who was invited.

The teams have been split into two groups, where the top two performers in each automatically advance to the playoffs. Not only are these teams playing for money and pride, but the top three finishers will be invited to the Global Finals in March of 2009.
