Counter-Strike: EPS Scandinavia I Playday 3 Melee

By: Luis Mira - Published December 08, 2008 at 12:30 PM EST - Writer Archive
Week three of EPS Scandinavia is underway with GamePlay meeting PlayZone.
Week three begins on Monday at 20.00 (CET time) with an action-packed clash between SK Gaming and Giants. The two teams met each other at DreamHack WGT last weekend, with SK triumphing 2-0 to throw Giants out of the tournament. The ex-lanklan squad has so far been very strong in the league, while SK endured a 16-2 defeat to ATS in the opening week.

AndThenSome has been the surprise package of the season after seeing off both SK and mTw and has now a very good chance to jump up to first in the table. The Danish team will meet Excello, who is still looking for its first points after three matches.

Week three continues two hours later with fnatic taking on HaHa. The Swedish team seems to be finally recovering from its sluggish form and is now leading the EPS table. As for HaHa, the Finnish mix team will still play with Tomi "lurppis" Kovanen and may well pose a serious threat to fnatic, who placed fourth at Dreamhack WGT.
