Counter-Strike: markeloff leaves A-Gaming

Yegor "markeloff" Markelov has left Amazing Gaming to join the ranks of DTS.
The Ukrainian player had joined the ranks of A-Gaming in early October following the removal of Sergey "starix" Ischuk from the line-up.

This decision comes right after ASUS Autumn 2008, where A-Gaming finished runner-up to Virtus.pro, losing to the Russian-based side 2-0 in the Grand Final.

Markelov has now decided to leave A-Gaming to link-up with some of his former team-mates at DTS Gaming.

"As far as i know Markeloff always wanted to play with his friends from ex-HR, they have a really nice salary and team organisation so I think those were the main reasons behind his departure," Dmitry "hooch" Bogdanov told GotFrag.com.

"He told us he was going to leave a week before ASUS Autumn but we still decided to play that event with him because we were really well prepared.

"But as you can understand some guys lost motivation because markeloff was leaving and it didn't go well in final game against Virtus.pro."

The former Virtus.pro man noted that the team has not decided who will join as of yet, having revealed that he does not know whether the new addition will be Ukrainian or Russian.

"We are still looking for a replacement because most of the best players in CIS have teams, today we will have another meeting to decide who will be our last player for Rekrut Cup.

"My team-mates want to play with a Ukrainian guy so I guess he will be Ukrainian but I would rather have a Russian player coming."

Amazing Gaming has now the following team:

Ukraine Aleksey "xaoc" Kucherov
Ukraine Andrew "B1ad3" Gorodenskiy
Ukraine Yuriy "strike" Tereshenko
Russia Dmitry "hooch" Bogdanov
