Jordan "n0thing" GilbertHaving been kept by the EG organization for its new CS roster, how do you feel about leaving a group of players you've been with for a considerable amount of time to start over with new ones. Do you foresee any challenges in adjusting? It just wasn't working out. As much as I liked those guys, we weren't seeing eye to eye anymore and I'm looking forward to playing with the new EG players. With that said, I don't really see any unusual challenges as much as I see the normal grind for the first period of practice that any new lineup goes through. In your opinion, how well have your teammates made the transition back to 1.6? Have you been helping in the process? Well, these guys were all top players before CGS, each with great individual experience, and I don't think playing Source was enough to taint their 1.6 skills. As far as helping goes, I've just been making sure we've had five to pug! When you consider the new roster you'll be competing with in comparison to the former EG roster, do you see any similarities, any differences? Just by judging things on a very upfront basis, there are some obvious similarities in roles (for example, fRoD and evolution), but the way the new EG players approach their roles is very different from the way the previous EG team structured things. Other than that, it's still a bit early to go into a detailed comparison, I think. Do you have any previous experiences with any of your new teammates? Whether playing CS or outside of the game. Any memories stand out to you? Not really too much outside of the game at this point, since in earlier years I was often not at the same events as them, and there aren't really any new "memories" yet because all of our recent interactions have been online. Aside from pugging and chatting on vent, my most standout memory thus far would have to be playing DoD 12 mans with Corey, Matt, and Danny :). Who will be the main strat caller for this team? Do you have a basic outline of team roles yet? Wardino! Our basic outline will be Danny: Awper, Matt: Run N Gun!, Tyler: Rifle/Support, Corey: Acrobat/Multi-Gun, Myself: Runnin' and gunnin' with Matt! Page:
