coL has announced the acquisition of the JMC 1.6 roster as their new starting lineup for 2009.
GotFrag.com - For weeks upon weeks it seems the community has been awaiting an announcement by the Complexity organization about the latest rendition of one of the most well known CS 1.6 rosters in the world.

Late Friday night at 11:11PST (Jason Lake = coL.1 get it?), they received their answer. Along with a complete revamping of organizational management that includes Jason Bass and Alex "Jax" Conroy becoming a co-owners, the former JMC 1.6 squad has been acquired as the new starting lineup for Complexity in 2009.

With a lack of major tournaments between the fall of CGS till now, it is difficult to say with certainty how well this team will fare. One thing is for certain however, the roster is packed with expierience and individual talent. The new Complexity will be a team to watch in 2009.

As for his selection of JMC as their new squad, Lake cited "The combination of attitude, work ethic, selfless play and raw skill that this roster possesses will give our fans one hell of a fun ride in 2009. It will take them some time to get back into 1.6 form, but this organization is patient and relentless".

Confirming that Conroy would place focus on managing the new lineup, Lake stated, "Alex will do what he does best and keep them in top form. I'm very optimistic. With the incredible support Creative is giving us, I think you're going to see these players become bigger stars than people ever imagined".

GotFrag caught up with Justin "sunman" Summy for his initial reaction to the announcement.

"I was excited, it's going to be fun to get back in the game with 5 dedicated players, and start competing in international tournaments. It's good to be back and see the staff again. The fans make it exciting to be back."

On the possibility of changes to their roster and his own personal play, Summy was confident.

"No I don't see any changes, we're all working hard to get our skill back up individually and as a team. The main things we need to work on, and are working on, is our strats and finding the right things that work for us. Me myself I just have to get rid of the source habits and shake off the rust, which seems to be coming along pretty well."
