A shocking turn of events for the Aussies, as Team Immunity's CS 1.6 division has split. While no information for the reasoning behind the team's demise has come about, it seems that each of the members have gone their separate ways. One member that has already moved into a new team is that of Mark "deStiny" Kagan, who has joined forces with the very team that Immunity defeated in the grand finals of the KODE5 Australian qualifier, ENCORE. Also joining the team is free agent, Soren 'Soren' Larsson. Mark “kraM” Pearce has apparently joined k9d, a team that advanced through the group stages of KODE5 Australia, before losing two maps to one against TitaNs in the first single-elimination round. As for Gareth "gazR" Lynn and captain of Immunity, Fergus "ferg" Stephenson, they have been reported to be going inactive, as they will be focusing on study and work commitments. And what of highly touted fan-favorite Benjamin "benoR" O'Reilly? O'Reilly is reportedly playing non-seriously with team .sc during this period. There has been no official word yet on his future plans and who he will be playing for come AINC. Being isolated from international competition, many members of the community were not sure what to expect for Immunity's arrival at ESWC Masters and the KODE5 Global Finals. Despite Immunity's very respectable results in their venture overseas to face elite-level talent, this news will no doubt be shocking to many in the community. More on the story as it develops.
