GotFrag.com - Scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 18, 2009 the team list for Arbalet Cup #3 has just been released. The tournament which takes place in Moscow, Russia has invited 8 of the top teams from Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan to participate in its third installment.

The tournament will consist of a group play in which the top two teams from each group of four advance to the bracket stage. The bracket stage be a Best of One double elimination format.

The tournament has also confirmed a $10,000 prize pool with the following breakdown.
1. $5000
2. $3000
3. $2000

As there have been multiple changes recently within both the Russian and Ukrainian scenes this tournament should be very interesting to see which teams have improved and which teams have gotten worse as Kazakhstan's best, k23 fights to defend the cup title.
