The IEF, one of Asia's most prolific gaming tournaments, announced its tenth and final team for the Counter-Strike 1.6 event, producing their final team list. The IEF has long been the pinnacle for Asian teams to showcase their skills against one another, and this years event looks to be one of their best. Joining the ranks of Asia's top gaming giants, are Intel Extreme Master's Chengdu champions, SK-Gaming.

SK replaced rivals, fnatic, who choose to prepare for WCG2009 rather than attend. One team who does not appear on the list is, Wemade FOX who choose to attend the Asian Indoor Games instead. They are replaced by another South Korean team, Repinz, who consists of former Lunatic`hai members, they will be joining esq.wind, the South Korean WCG Champions.

Representing Japan, are Siberian RailRoad who are little known in the western world, but if theres one thing we learned in the past is that you can never count out the Asian's and their natural ability to aim. The final chosen team was, Team5, who hail from Malaysia, they will be making their first major International tournament debut with IEF.

IEF 2009 will be kicking off October 30th to November 1st, according to the event's organizers there will no public HLTV's for the matches.
