DE_TRAIN
The Titans' de_train Defense
eGene
The Titans have a very odd setup for de_train. They like to run a 4-1. This has 4 players outside and one inside, eGene. This puts an enourmous amount of pressure on eGene having to cover an entire site and two entrances by himself. How does he deal with such a task? He plays very offensively, much like on de_dust2. eGene likes to push the lower ramp and get a nice angle on the staircase and slowly push up on the terrorists. The best idea for eGene would be to play a lot more defensively, giving his team time to back him up. In the forward pushed position that he has a tendancy to play in, when he gets picked, there is nothing stopping the terrorists at all from planting the bomb and getting all of the extra money they need.
*Defensive notes*
When the outer site is taken, rather than heading down the ladder, eGene likes to flank through terrorist middle.
In later rounds, if this setup is not working out, Eraz will often come help eGene on the inner site
Eraz/KK/Drally/whimp
If you thought it was weird how only 1 player was setup on the inside, check out how the outer site is played.
First, lets take a look at KK. KK is going to be watching the ladder room from the bomb train with an AWP. Not only will he be the ladder room watcher, but he is eGene's quickest source of backup if the inner site is taken.
KK is not alone. Whimp will be watching the terrorist middle usually under the train below big ladder. Not only that, but he is KK's backup in case he happens to miss a shot. whimp is in a very accessible position to get an angle on terrorists that may happen to get past KK's AWP and jump out to power box or just roam around the middle.

Drally and Eraz have a very interesting setup. Drally is going to be watching the alley with an AWP, while Eraz sits on 5 train waiting for Drally to spot anything. Eraz is 100% focussed on the wall in front of him until middle is overrun by terrorists. If Drally gets too many offensive players coming down the hallway, Eraz is right there to spam them through the 5 train wall. He is also in a position where he can help attack middle if needed.
*Defensive notes*
As noted above, be prepared for The Titans to set up in a normal default positioning if inner is being attacked a lot. Eraz will be the other inside defender on these rounds.
The Titans' de_train Offense
The Titans' have the ability to run this side of the map much more strategically than any other map that they play, but unfortunately, they do not take advantage of it much.

Coming into the first gun round, expect to see a very complex tactic that will be in a 1-2-1-1 formation. 1 alley, 2 middle, 1 inside white halls waiting, and 1 coming down the ladder quick. The 2 middle players are going to be fully equipped with grenades. When I say fully, I'm talking HE, 2 flashes, and a smoke, everything. They are going to flash the 5 train and the alley immediately. This is followed by 2 HE grenades being thrown on top of the 5 train to weaken any defender playing the traditional position. While all of this is happening, the solo players are waiting for the counter-terrorists to get confused and attempt to push up. After completely confusing the opposing team, they will regroup and take a bombsite.
*Offensive notes*
Watch out for KK hitting the ladder fast and hopping under the ladder train after smoking the bomb train.

If only The Titans would run their entire offense like this right? They are 90% of the time going to set up in a default formation which will be 3 alley, 1 middle, and 1 watching for a push coming from inner and then going ladder as soon as the rush takes place. Most of the time, they are going to head straight into this formation and see how it goes from there. However, every now and then they will try to trick the counter-terrorists with some action in the upper hallways, but they are usually going to just fall back and run their normal default tactic.
*Offensive notes*
Do not expect to see The Titans taking inner too much at all. The best bet for any team would be to overload the outer site, much like The Titans do.
