Rival de_nuke defense

*Defensive note* Rival's favorite eco tactic on nuke is going to be a deagle rush to the terrorist holding area by sending 3 through the squeak door, 1 shed, and one coming through the ramp on a very fast rush.

masternook/hanes

Once again we see this deadly duo holding down a spot together and they do a great job once again here in the ramp room on de_nuke.

Upon entering this bombsite these 2 flashbang in case of an early rush just like any other team would, but they have a little different way of running it if they have bad spawns. When they enter the ramp room, they throw flashbangs off of the wall to bounce into the small are between the box and the wall to slow down a rush. This sort of a flashbang is usually seen by the offense, but these two like to use it to their advantage.

After the potential rush is secure masternook heads down the ramp and blows out the left vent. When the upper site is taken masternook will hurry to that vent to backup the top bombsite. While this happens hanes slowly pushes up through the terrorist holding are to flank through the shed or the door room.

*Defensive note* There will be rare occasions when masternook will come play outside. The first is if ph33r falls outside he will be the one to cover it from the boxes near CT spawn. On other occasions he will just go outside as backup for ph33r while hanes holds the ramp solo.

exodus/medias

*Defensive note* Look for exodus and medias to play side by side in the rafters on the pistol round.

Exodus and medias are covering the top bombsite. Exodus will be playing the rafters very traditionally from right above the ladder spotting the entrance of the shed. This gives him very easy access for quick backup to the ramp room, but puts him in a very bad choke point for HE grenades and flashbangs.

Medias is going to be on the floor in this bombsite, but don't expect to get an early pick on this guy out the shed window by catching him coming in from outside. Or even getting him blind with an early smoke/flash combo out of the squeak door. At the beginning of every round medias sacrifices about 25 health by going up the rafters with exodus and sending a quick flashbang into the shed. After this he drops to the floor, yes that's right, he drops from the rafters to the boxes on the floor in the middle of the bombsite and continues to play his position after this sacrifice.

ph33r

While most teams like to put a strong AWP outside, ph33r can handle this task just fine with his colt.

ph33r plays outside almost always from the entrance to the upper bombsite. He begins every round by coming here after a quick flashbang outside followed by a HE in hand ready to let fly at the squeak door if any rush takes place and flashes ready to fly in. If nothing quick happens he likes to put a half clip into the door. From here he floats around from the entrance to outside near the CT red crate and keep an eye on the rock and try to get the drop on any terrorists walking into the upper bombsite.

Don't expect to see ph33r to play in the outside garage too often with his colt either.

Rival de_nuke offense

Rival has a very slow and simple offense on this map. These guys are a team that really waits for the defense to make a mistake and get picked off, but it puts them into a lot of trouble most of the time.

Rival starts the round off with 1-2 players being boosted to the roof and then putting one onto the rock to spam the right side of the rafters. While this is going on, the next best spawn inside is going to be throwing early flashes, smokes, and even HE grenades into the ramp room to ensure the defense will not push up.

From here this side is very slow with very few nades. If any are thrown they are usually going to be from holding area out of the shed window.

Don't expect to see Rival hitting the lower site too often either.
