Save Rounds

We'll kick this off with looking at SK's save round tactics. If you think SK is saving they are going to smoke the middle and guard B. They have 2 different variations of this. The first one is a full B stack with 4 people in the B bombsite and one spotting at the double doors, which is basically the bait. The offense will think he is the only player watching and rush the bombsite where the rest of the team is hiding.

The other stack is a slight variation of the previous stack, but they have a headstack at the middle double doors watching catwalk. This is usually on a half save, like if SK were to save a gun or 2 and the rest have to not buy. My advice is, if you think SK is saving, hit long A.
Fisker/Potti

Potti and Fisker play bombsite B and they have 2 different setups. A colt setup and an AWP setup.
Colt: When using colts this is how it happens. Fisker comes in flashing the tunnels and moving in while Potti sits at window to shoot at a quick rush.
After no rush happens Potti moves in. Potti and fisker float around the back of the bombsite throwing nades into the halls and spamming walls as much as possible, if the offense is still not here they like to do a stack on the platform and ground to watch the halls.
AWP: This will be fisker AWPing and Potti using a colt still. It is basically the same thing, but potti focusses more on middle once fisker gets onto the platform. Fisker likes to sit in the back right of the platform crouched and sniping right over the ledge to the left side. After he is setup Potti falls back to double doors, but still hugs them, to watch middle.
Also watch out for these two getting a little aggressive and pushing through lower halls.
Defensive note: The only time you should expect to see SK covering middle is if they win the pistol round. When they win pistol they set up in a 2-1-2 until the 4th round. It is the same thing except Heaton will sit in spawn watching the middle while the other 2 sit catwalk.Ahl/Heaton/SpawnSK has 2 setups in bombsite A. Let's take a look at both.
In the site: This is a normal looking setup with 2 covering catwalk and 1 player watching long A. The player watching long A likes to sit in the bombsite and jump up and down and peak to see if the offense is pushing long A. From here, if he sees them he flashes them and peaks to try and get kills and delay a rush. The 2 catwalk players almost always play the same. One peaks, one waits with a flashbang. Whether on the top ledge (like in the screen shot) or below it on the lower ledge, that player likes to sit with a flashbang while the other player spots. The other player sits on the corner ledge so he can barely see a head when it passes, when he spots it, his partners job is to flash and peak. Don't expect them to push up past the stairs.
Titan looking setup: This is the other setup, and it looks much like The Titans'.One player buys an AWP and watches catwalk from either the top of the ramp or the bottom of the ramp. The AWP's job is to try and take out 1 and delay them as much as possible with HE and flash grenades. The other 2 will push up long A, toss some nades in and one falls back. One stays in the dip and the other falls back to watch the middle. Pretty simple, pretty risky, but it is effective.
Bootman's Tip: The best way to key SK's setup is going to be by going catwalk. I would throw nades onto the catwalk just in case SK wants to try something new. Slowly move up, flash the stairs and peak 1 person and fall back. They will waiste their nades on the catwalk and you will know they are in the normal setup. If they aren't there, there is an awp waiting to snipe you on the ramp somewhere, that's when the smokes come in handy. Not too hard.
SK has 3 different tactics they like to do on gun rounds on dust2. First of all let's look at their default positioning. 1 player going in B halls to watch for a push. 1 spotting middle from spawn, 1 watching catwalk, 2 distracting long A.
Long A: This will be 4 people going long A and one going catwalk. The one player going catwalk will toss a smoke at the double doors and flashes out of it. 4 Players group up long A and rush. When they do this they smoke the spawn entrance of long A and toss flash bangs into the bombsite.
Bootman's Tip: If you are an aggressive long A team, toss HE nades into long A every round, you will more than likely hurt them pretty bad.
1-2-2 split: The player going B is going to snake down through the B halls and watch the middle double doors for a flank when the initial rush happens. 2 players go catwalk (usually having the bomb) and once they round the corner they toss HE nades and flashbangs onto the stairs. Meanwhile the other 2 are moving up long A.
Bombsite B: Nothing complicated about this one folks. Either all 5 are going B or they are doing a 3-2 split with 2 coming double doors. The good thing about when they go B is the fact that they don't do default first, they just all head into the B halls.
Bootman's Tip: I suggest aggressive B halls. Why? If you only see one person B halls, you know they aren't coming B and you can fall back and adjust accordingly. If you see multiple players and more than likely die, adjust quickly and have the last person watch for the double door flank.
Save rounds: On save rounds they like to full rush B or full rush catwalk with all 5 players.
