How does "default" still keep working for OptX??? People have been running that since i watch a x6 demo 3 years ago... 2 fake b flash in, others rush slow cat with the people fake b smoking box at mid, then they rush cat.... EFG has been doing this for YEARS and teams still let it beat them? Are they just that good at it?

#2 There are very few strats/setups that have no real counter by the opposing team, but that setup on dust2 is one of them. If you push anywhere there is someone else in a great position to help out the player who was pushed. The only real way to beat it is to flat out out-shoot the team running it, which is very hard to do against EFG/OPTX :]
#5, nade stack cat at 1:00 and they could have taken them tbh. I do agree with you, but still, they pushed so many DUMB times when they KNOW optx is rushing cat, over and over and over. Set up your guys back more by A boxes and not push so much, optx completely played off there mistakes.

#7 This is true, but I know that optx would have gotten nade stacked one time and then switched it up, either waiting for the nades or just simply playing the lower players in different spots, so it would have only really changed one round. The problem with playing them back more passive is that it is so easy to full-blind cat players when rushing cat that it is doubtfull that they could have done that. The only real answer was to play back by rail/plat/goose which would have given them cat entirely which would allow them to save their nades, nade stack rail and flash goose.
As you can see, there is an easy counter to every ct action from optx's setup UNLESS the ct's push and get early kills to throw them off.
