im not sure if i could say this guy cheats, but when i watched Glocks POV, tor had a nice moment when he stood up from sandbags and sprayed st kshap through a wall, so idk about him.

I highly doubt res cheats. Used to play against him back in the day against 1shot. He was good then and is good now.
