The CEVO CS:S GUI is illegal to use in CAL CS:S because it alters the hud, which CAL says is illegal.(I think ^_^) The CEVO 1.6 GUI is still legal to use for CAL 1.6

How to change collours and the background in cevo ?

when you install it it lets you choose cal legal or all of the features.
