Regardless of the current situation with CGS you have to admit J. Lake is extremely dedicated to the scene and I'm glad he decided to go all out with it instead of retiring from it. Gives me more hope for CGS than I previously had to see this dude pick up his life and move because of it.
I have to say that I feel very bad for Jason Lake. I absolutely appreciate his passion and dedication to advance e-sports. However, it is not to be done through CGS. I hope that by selling his lawfirm he makes enough money so that he doesn't put his family into a bad financial position, but I'd think that he's smart enough to know that even if it fails he'll still be OK. I wish the best, but I just don't see it working out.
you need millions to live off interest, especially if youre looking at his cost of living.. i really dont think hes that stupid to cut off all income, im sure he has other sources of income that hes not going out of his way to mention. he's trying to promote cgs by all means (which is the point of releasing only that specific amount of information, and not telling you other things, for example: i sold my law firms, but bought out two new law firms in LA!) he is far from an idiot.
