g90FB or e90FB are both good viewsonic CRTs that out perform any LCD by a mile (as in 100hz aka 100fps compared to LCD 75hz aka 75FPS) yes hz is FPS 7000 dollar PC lcd owners i have better fps than you by only holding 100 fps and 100hz on my monitor than you when you can hold 700 FPS with an LCD that has 75hz ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!

wow you're right... those lcd monitors really have screwed those cgs teams up. i mean come on, devour cant awp for shit, and warmach1ne cant hit anything with his rifle. damn man, coL is putting out record lows because of these LCD monitors... might as well play with no mouse according to them
ya #5 is way too into that response... a few less exclamation points would have still done the job. im trying to figure out what the big difference is between 75 fps and 100 fps. if you're saying that my monitor only shows me 75 fps even tho my game says higher then why do i notice a difference when i have vertical sync on and its limited to 75fps than when its off. im pretty sure that after a certain point and if your lcd is good enough its all in your head and just can be used as an excuse as to why you got owned at a lan or something that isnt BYOC and you had to use an lcd. #7, sorry. You dont know what your talking about. Yes they are FINE on lcd's but ask zet, ask pos. Ask nearly ANY top player that has had to transition from a crt to a LCD. They all prefer CRT.
You CAN get used to an lcd. But that doesnt mean it doesnt suck. Your just used to the suckyness. Its kind of like a player who gets used to playing on a crappy computer. Yes, they can frag because their used to it. But give them time to get used to a good computer and they will frag even harder.
LCD's suck. If you dont notice it its because your probably so used to an LCD that crts feel weird. But I ask anyone who uses LCD to try a GOOD crt for a week and then try and go back to an lcd. LOL, there would be no takers.
The complete sillyness of people who beleive the manufacturers "2ms" response time as actual real world performance is amazing to me. Take some time to learn about the technology and actually TRY as many different setups as you can. If after youve done that you still feel LCD is as good as a crt(FOR GAMES) your either.
#20 i switched from crt to lcd after using crt about 7 years and after a few days, i was playing like normal albeit on widescreen and 75 hz refresh rate. :)

craigslist is the best if your near a major city. Local pickup for crt's is ALWAYS better. UPS will destroy ur monitor cuz the monkeys who work for them love to trash big heavy boxes.
