cod 4 is very lame for esports. yea its fun on maybe like xbox live, but no for competitive gaming. hmm lets see... 50 million hiding places in each map, with 20 million alone for each bombsite, tac nades, easy to use guns, sound not as important, and every round everyone has guns (oh wait thats like CGS!!!)
#11 are you implying cod4 is easy as 1.6? its ironic, because switching CSS for COD4 is a bit like switching 1.6 for CSS. did you get wallbanged too hard cause you were too loud or something, get pissed and switch to source because of that?
#17, cept you get spammed by people while they are running backwards doing triple frontflips and holding down left mouse button while at the same time launching 70 nades that kill you trough 7 walls in CoD4.
eSuba cheat, suave cheated and I called it, 50% of kids in CEVO-p cheat, etc.
can't believe 1.6 fanboys actually like CoD4 more than Source, even though its about 500 times as "random" and is probably the easiest multiplayer game out right now, right behind TF2.

if u guys vote yes, then the guys who were forced to play source for cgs can come back to 1.6 ...voting for cod is the best thing that could happen for counter strike
#20 the sad thing is COD4 is 10 ten times harder than TF2. however, TF2 is designed to be a no brainer pub game, and its immensely fun. no offense to competitive TF2 players, the game just is not made for competition. however, COD4 is being looked at as a next step in eSports, which is a bad thing. in 1.6 damage through walls is miniscule compared to damage through walls in COD4. plus, in 1.6 you have a reason to do it: you can hear where they are, and use your judgment and skills to hit them through the walls. in cod4 sound isnt as important. so its basically in cod4: see a guy sprint into a building, then spray the fvck out of the building.
#23 no one was FORCED to do anything. they all made the choice. obviously some would prefer to play 1.6, but they definitely made the choice on their own. they could all easily go out and get real jobs that pay more, but they made the decision to play source for CGS. they also all had the freedom to leave the league in march, and not try out for the 2nd season. that didn't seem to really happen much.
CGS: Switching COD4 For CSS

Vote no for the love of god.
VOTE NO!
"Should CGS add COD4 to the league?"
That does not say switching/replace.
CGS is adding a CoD4 tournament in the UK. CSS isn't being replaced. It's in addition to.
Anyway, I'd rather see CoD4 on 360 than CS:S on PC, LOL.
