Fragment out of order?

Hey, Erm. I've got a problem with counter-strike : source, Played it for a few months, The other week in my console i kept recieving

Received fragment out of order: 2/1
Received fragment out of order: 3/15

(Carries on and just destroys my console)

This is like destroying my game. Like, Huge lag spikes, etc etc.

I formatted my Pc. Worked fine for another week. Now this problem has just come back recently.

Anyone know how I can fix this?

and 2-18, FUNNY...

Are you running on wireless? if so, I had the same problem. Just because I used wireless, when I plugged in my ethernet chord, everything was perfect.
