I just started up playing css again....and im not sure what the problem is...but my graphics are really skippy and my choke is really high...but i have 100 fps...not sure whats up can someone help me?

i dont have a firewall...i have one on my router tho

uh make sure you have the drivers for your monitor and set your frequency as high as it will go.
make sure your rates are correct.

Yeah phantom bug is when the "Ghost" consumes enormous amount of resources (cpu, bandwidth, etc.). The only way to fix it is to run this file:

if it's only when moving and looking around, could be a mouse problem. when you're used to 500hz mouserate, 125hz looks like sh|t
