aZn was kicked out from CGS for breaking his contract. At that time, there were rules in there contracts that they could not play cs. Like or not it's a contract, that he signed. He broke that contract, and CGS fined him. He then complained like a little kid, instead of talking with management, like a pro player should do. So then they kicked him out.
Now a season later, CGS changed the rules and allow CGS players to play 1.6

actually if i remember correctly, teams and players were always allowed to play other games including 1.6 as long as they received permission from CGS before participating in an event ... azn's case was that he did not receive permission and proceeded to play anyways.
