It's possible, I had it on my USB key and when I plugged it into my machine that's when this went down. I'm still talking with VALVe (doing their stupid process) to get my IDs back. I got lucky though, when the hacker was shutting my machine off and changing backgrounds and giving fake error messages like "Hacker: I see you :-]", I managed to tell my friend to start the recovery of my accounts. He saved my 7 dig and one of my 8 digs, but all the recovery info to the other accounts are changed.
I was trying to get the password to the account I was on out to my friend when the hacker started typing lololololol in the Steam chat. I nearly pooped myself. My buddy from Veritas, Jeff Bisker, lost his fvcking 5 dig too, pretty sure it's the BOE client man.
i installed the client on my computer to see what it looked like and how it ran. and 2 days later my account got hijacked. coincidence, or not? you be the judge.
lol, That is a cool story bro. Seeing as how I have seen the BOE client source and it does nothing like that. The reason most it was even labeled a virus in the first place was because some kid saw it sent an email instead of using FTP It isn't them trying to steal your accounts, it is just them not knowing how to code. This is coming from the lead ac developer for eCO-League, So just stop spreading lies, it isn't funny anymore.
Besides, even without seeing the source, you can go ahead and decompile it, it doesn't even have the code to send the messages you are talking about.

EDIT: It just goes to show you that gaming is a big waste of time. For all that time I've put in to CS it all goes away in one night lol.

Account #1: For leagues (although this switches around depending on which account I want to ''level'' up)
Account #2: Making CS:S movies (the movie config Fwords with your settings so I have a separate account)
Account #3: Privacy. I like being able to play without people messaging me.
Account #4: Multi-teaming if I really have to.
Account #5: When a friend comes over and pl ays CoH with me or something.
I also just like having accounts. If I didn't mention that one already.
