Complexity Gaming sued Velocity Servers on March 23rd in Erie County, New York. The complaint also states that Velocity has failed to make any payment to Complexity and that Velocity has also failed to provide them with game servers. Complexity has valued the game servers at ten thousand eight hundred dollars, bringing the entire suit total to sixteen thousand eight hundred dollars ($16,800.00). Jason Lake, the owner and manager of Complexity, had the following to say: “In my opinion, this is a black and white case of a breach of contract. While similar organizations have declined to pursue such things in the past, Complexity Gaming has no intention of tolerating such behavior, and we have taken the appropriate actions to defend ourselves.” Velocity Servers, established in 2003, is a Game Server Provider based out of Williamsville, New York that has servers located in New York, Chicago, Dallas, San Jose, and Ashburn, Virginia.
