In a press release from XFX yesterday, it was announced that the CGS and Johnathan "Fata1ity" Wendal will join the winners of the XFX Challenge on the tourbus.

XFX:

Five finalists from the XFX Challenge will be invited to attend the Championship Gaming Series (CGS) 2007 World Championship, which begins on December 6, in Los Angeles, and compete in the CGS 2008 Region 1 Combine, where they will become eligible for the 2008 Region 1 Draft and a possible contract to play for a CGS team.

Johnathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel said,"This is a great concept, to take a high level of competitive gaming on the road and introduce it to gamers across the country. Everyone will have fun with this, while watching great competitions."

CGS Commissioner Andy Reif said, "We're looking forward to sending CGS pros on the road with XFX and Fatal1ty. The league is committed to finding the best gamers, wherever they are, and we can't wait to get out there and discover the next generation of pro gaming talent in the U.S."

Because of their dedication to gamers, XFX Challenge One 2007 wants to send out a special thanks to NVIDIA, Creative Labs, Newegg.com, G8 Brand gamer clothing and Dell, who is also a sponsor of Championship Gaming Series.

UPDATE:
Justin Loresco from teamxfx would like to assure everyone that the votes are being closely moderated every 2 hours to make sure everyone has a fair chance at a spot on the bus.
