Eximius adds a new member to its roster while another goes to the sidelines. Brian "zuH" Smith rejoins the teams following the breakup of Eximius CS:Source earlier in 2007. While with the previous lineup, Smith placed fifth at Summer CPL 2007 as the in-game leader. On looking forward to his new home and aspirations for the future, Smith commented: "I really enjoyed my time while I was in Eximius Sports. Brad is a really good guy and a hard worker; he always manages to find good people and good teams. I am really clicking with these guys in practice and scrims. Once we develop enough chemistry, I think we can really turn some heads at the CGS combine and in CEVO-P!" Brad Dick, Eximius' General Manager also spoke out about the acquisition of the team's new leader: "So Brian returns, for some reason I really saw this coming even when the team disbanded a few months ago. Brian and I have kept in contact with each other even when he was with the guys from Exult. When that did not work out for him, we all knew he would be a good fit for the organization. Brian is a good guy and I really like his positive attitude. He is fun to be around and always brings a smile to the teams face. I think that once he works more with the team, he will get back into his groove." Eximius has announced plans to use Smith in all upcoming CEVO-P matches, as well as the CGS Combine tournament. In a related note, Nathaniel "LooseCannon" Ernstoff goes partially inactive due to a heavy personal schedule that conflicts with his ability to practice with the team on a regular basis.
