The all Danish team, Magnitude, have won the DreamHack Summer 2008 CSS Tournament. They looked like worthy winners as they cruised through the tournament without losing a single match. They triumped over Logitech.Fi in the final 16 - 7.

The line-up is as follows:

Henrik "FeTiSh" Christensen had the following to say about the victory:

"This was our second event and we've improved alot since LAN79 in France. We had the upperhand troughout the whole tournament and we feel happy with our performance. Now we'll be looking to attend The-Experience.dk! Thanks to Magnitude for making it possible and the work they put into this project."

The tournament ran without any hitches and was well received by the Source community. Robert Ohlén, the CEO of DreamHack, had the following to add at the successful completion of the CS:S event:

"Counterstrike 1.6 has been a hugely successful tournament at Dreamhack for many years now with teams from all over the globe attending. The addition of CSS has been welcomed by many and was hugely popular this year. The Winter Source event is set to be the largest yet and we hope to see more international CSS teams present in November. Congrats to Sourcebasen for a smooth tournament and Magnitude Gaming for winning the event."
