4Kings has added Jon "netion" Holmström to their Counter-Strike: Source roster after Daniel "giftig" Ivarsson left to join the Stockholm Magnetik CGS Franchise. Today, the organization has announced the addition of Jon "netion" Holmström. Holmström is a 20-year-old, Swedish 1.6 convert. With a modest team history in 1.6, and recent experience playing with Christofer "Helblinde" Nilsson and Martin "tyron" Jeppsson, two current 4Kings players, it would appear that Holmström is adequately suited to the role. New addition Jon "netion" Holmström had this to say about the move: "6-7 months ago I switched to source instead of 1.6, and back then I played together with Helblinde and tyron for a while. When that eventually went down the drain I went back to 1.6. One month ago Tyron asked me to play with these guys again, and I didn't hesitate to say yes! So here I am and I'm really glad to play Source again! I am also very proud to be a part of 4K and I will do everything I can to make them proud of me." 4Kings Assistant Manager, Ian "Javax" Leckey also released a statement over on the 4K site: "I'm delighted that netion has come in to fill the void left by giftig's departure. The team have had it hard the last few weeks and patience has been strained at times, but everything's finally come together nicely. You'll see team's first performance this month at The eXperience, and again next month at i34. netion will fit brilliantly in to the team, not only for his playing skill, but also because he lives close to the other 4 members of the team, which will benefit team practices and bootcamps." 4Kings.css is now as follows: Christofer "Helblinde" Nilsson Jonas "nordQvist" Nordqvist Fredrik "vizzion" Nilsson Martin "tyron" Jeppsson Jon "netion" HolmströmMartin "tyron" Jeppsson has written a blog over on the 4Kings site that discusses the new addition, as well as naming the events that 4Kings will attend in the near future.
