The CEVO Pro seventh season didn't quite get off to a running start last Thursday as technical difficulties with the league website and CMN forced all scheduled matches to yesterday. However, all teams did manage to finish their week 1.1 matches with some getting a head start on week 1.2.

The Dallas Venom are once again off to a hot start taking their first two matches against FD`zomblerz and Hyper. 3D also got a strong opening match result as they dismantled the San Francisco Optx 13-2. The Optx will get a shot at showing it was just a bad night as they take on the Carolina Core, last season's runner's up.
