Its a beta driver , like the file description says , so if you dont have any problmes using the latest official nvidia driver , you shouldnt use this one instead of your old one , because it has som untweaked things , a lot of not-known bugs usually in it and its not WHQL cetrificated. so you should use your latest official Nvidia drivers , and wait for the next final release.
