With alot of teams changing around players and new teams being created as well, the other team list is out of date, i thought i would try and make a new up to date team list, just so everyone knows who is going, and to help free agents find teams.
I am also adding free agents to the bottom of the list, just so teams who are looking can also easily find players, i'm just taking the people for royemos thread.
