Actually, to be honest. If you moved up 2 teams out of open they could do it right for once this season.
If you move up GIMP/nwP/and (sadly) nEg, that would put all teams that KNOW how to play dod in 2 divisions. M/I.
Leaving not-so-'seasoned' teams in cal-o. Making it less likely that they will all leave after getting beat by 1 team sand bagging. That means more teams stay to play an additional season, aswell.
Just my thoughts, I know it probably wont happen tho. :\
After looking at it a little more, 'in depth', you would have to move up roughly~ 5-6 teams. I personally don't think thats a problem tho, I mean that would keep more cal-o teams around in the long run.
