the price of oil has already gone up when Bush went into office in 2000, how can you blame congress now when any sort of spending bill/troop withdraw/anything will just get vetod. Democrats have control but it takes bipartisanship to actually get things done. If the Dems had a few more seats, it would be a lot easier.
