We will decide if we have enough teams to support more than one division, depending on the total number of teams registered by the start of Season 20. In order for your team to be moved into CAL-Open, teams must follow the following guidelines:
*You must have AT LEAST seven (7) rostered players to be activated. *An IRC channel must be registered via GameSurge.net *Banned players will NOT count toward the required seven player requirement. *UNROSTERED managers do not count toward the seven player requirement.
Again, the number of divisions is fully dependent on the number of teams we have registered by the start of the season. The First Week of Preseason is tentative, and expected to start on Thursday, September 12, 2008. Open Registration (team creation) will close on the Third Week of the Regular season (date TBA).

If you get enough good teams to get main (like 8 or 10) move them up before the preseason matches, I know theres going to be a few more pubclans... Don't want to make them play good teams and get them to quit.
Actually, you might want to keep the main teams active and not delete them at the end of the season, open is fine though. It just seems kind of dumb to delete the teams that are still active, open however is understandable because the teams are deleted every season. There are still 14 teams in main that will probably play next season, can't you just keep main? I don't want to play against cal o teams =/
