I pop the keys out with a knife and soak them in hot water and wash the top of the board with a wet rag, dry it all and pop them in, works really well.
what actually happened is a giant container of plum sauce got flipped over directly on top of the keyboard, it was like a cup. I didn't even want it. I asked them not to send it. Tragic.
Whatever, I got a pretty sweet backlit programmable keyboard to replace it. I'm going to program it to only backlight the numbers 420 on the numberpad.
Thanks. I spilled coke on my keyboard and i was actually wondering the same thing. (oh and believe it or not I've actually heard of what #4 claims. I doubt it's a very smart thing to do with a keyboard made these days though)
it's some razer keyboard... lycasa I think. Yeah you should be able to submerge it in water when there's no power going through it and then start it when it's dry, unfortunately mine was a wireless keyboard though, so I couldn't just unplug it to cut power.
On another note, I started watching always sunny after you suggested it. There's some pretty hilarious episodes. I probably watched the part where charlie hit deeandra in the face with the volleyball like 30 times in a row I was laughing so hard. The part where she tries to steal the shoes and runs headfirst into the car also made me laugh hard enough for my eyes to water.
Edit: Those are both hilarious. Whats the episode called where dee smashes into the car though? I forgot about how funny that was and i wanna see it again.
