For the real, the gold went to the better team tonight so congrats. Shame it was only the junior IIHF gold though :D (ok no more jabs). Really though, enjoy the win. Despite their abysmal performance tonight, I'm overall happy with the way the tourny went, and silver is nothing to cry about. Just wish they played like they had been up until this point but whatevs!
Plus we'll be getting an oscar for markstrom's performance! I don't know if he was irate or frustrated because that's the first time he's ever pulled that crap, but that was inexcusable & classless especially for a guy with his talent
It's bad when the announcers say something about a goalie and his acting. When he went to his right, and barely got clipped and spun a 360 on his side, oh man I was laughing so hard. Good game though, lots of energy. I wish fighting wasn't against the rules because I'm sure we would have seen some nice ones.
lotta swedes super pissed about the refs, made me lol, so glad my city represented canada so well, i had my doubts coz alot of sens fans are fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiickle but they brought it for canada!
