I don't know how cevo has set this up but can we make it the lower bracket champ plays the upper bracket champ from a different group? Because theoretically all 4 teams that won the bracket will play the same team again (assuming the same team wins the lower bracket). It will just even out who is truly the better team if they get to play someone else rather than the people who already beat them.
How does it make a "better" team? You just make some assumption that there is a distinguishable difference between a 12th seed in one bracket from another.
It's a best of three situation. The mini-brackets ensure the best teams from each "bracket" or "division" make it the farthest. If the best team from a certain bracket is in the lower bracket due to playing a man down they get redemption against the other team and are forced to beat them twice.
