But when you like a team 8 years ago when they're still a real treat and than after that you couldn't stand that team because they were awful. Than they return to the world series again and you're a yankee fan again.
well, actually john, their monopolization of bigname players through unlimited bank accounts really does make it almost impossible for other teams to make bids on star free agents, thus making them unable to fill the stands, making their revenue smaller, and then once again unable to afford bigname players. and then the cycle starts again.
