#3, well at least the good old games that do reward skill (cs/dod) are still around and probably always will.
I wasn't planning on getting MW2, but if I did I would definitely get it on 360. Woulda went PC but no dedicated servers... might as well get it on a console that has good match making and decent host selection.
You think this is gratuitous violence? You should try Postal 2...
What I'm trying to say is... That will be the day when a video game makes me sick to my stomach. I bet you thought Pulp Fiction was too much also. That game is no different from any other game that requires you to shoot anything, dod for example. Oh sure these are unarmed civilians! How Horrible! No... Wait... They're NPCs LOL (non-player character, maybe you've heard of it?)
crazy idea for a level. However, where is the challenge in slaughtering people who can't do anything? I guess it's their to continue the plot but I guarantee this level will be on the news talking about it's controversy. A big game like this doesn't go past the parents who buy them.
...and of course it is there to support the plot, nothing else. It's there to setup the primary antagonist. Make note that the rest of the game is based around kicking that guy's ass. If it were my decision, you wouldn't be able to skip that scene, why would you want to? If you're stomach can't handle the game, go play super mario with the kiddies who aren't allowed to play by their mothers.
People have to realise that some games are not for fcking children. It's the parent's responsibility to decide what's best for their children, not the fcking government's (AKA Ausfailian game censorship)
it's a game. not a real life terrorist attack. if it was rewarding or encouraging it in any way i would understand. it isn't. do rpg's like knights of the old republic make you sick to your stomach? i'm constantly murdering nigs in that game for trying to make me pay their shit.
yeah #31 and #27 i thought it looked kind of grainy... kinda disappointed in that fact they couldn't have bumped it to 720p but who knows maybe the game was to demanding for the 360 and would have pooped all over it. there has to be a reason!

I've seen similar scenes in hitman games or in kane&lynch. its very fun to play through, don't spoil it with those videos.
