Itchy Trigger Finger

sKillGamer'z

Both teams are at a 4-2 record needing a win to help their playoff chances. sKillGamer'z is coming off a win against a tough knox team while Itchy Trigger Finger is coming of a win against a strong demolition team. These teams have met a lot in the past so they should know each others playing styles. Watch as Itchy Trigger Finger pulls out with a slim victory in this one. If skillgamerz wins watch for Itchy Trigger Finger to dispute and lampro to misplace his evidence and the match to get overturned.

Unknown's Prediction: ITF by 30-

Honestly, who's doing this? Is this some kind of sick joke? This has to be the 37th time they've played each other in the last 4 months. Either way, ITF is going to take this one once more. skgz had their only real loss at the hands of Demolition, the same team that ITF was able to beat by a few points last week. Given this, and the return of shaken, ITF has this.

Todo's Prediction: ITF by 50+

This should be a pretty good match up. From what i've been seeing the ITF guys say is they've played this team 80 billion times. It should be a pretty good match up. I'm not overly knowledgeable on each team. ITF by a short margin.

WickedPete's Prediction: ITF by 50+

This team seems to play eachother at least 5 times a season, and they seem to be fairly evenly matched. With bronx and sh4q holding down the mountain, and russian being a scoped wonder on mid, the real question will be how well itf can handle the amazing interp friendly rifles of skgz. If skgz wins, and is disputed, demos will not be provided. Anyway, look for bronx to bring the puerto rican thunder and itf to win a clutch battle

Jakewut's Prediction: ITF by 50-

Poor Jason brittain. He plays them last week, and this week. Even with skillgamerz ping working in their advantage look for itf to take this match. Jason brittain twkd and shaken are all beastly.

Moger's Prediction: ITF by 100+

GIMP



vs.

CheckMate

As stated by other people another matchup capable of Match of the Week status. In middle Propadopalis and Gdogg vs Ghod and polak. Watch for gdogg to take over mid steal all of props kills and have prop get angry. While prop gets angry he'll take out his anger on the other team which was part of their awesome strat. At mountain a match up of wicked pete and heineken vs orbital and zegermans. I've played against all of these fellows and I'll say that I'm more impressed with heineken and wickedpete. Watch for heine and ryan to take over mountain with not much trouble. At long mexicant and burksy vs links and dean. Long should be back and forth matchup against 4 skilled rifles. Long in the end will belong to GIMP as gdogg flanks from middle and takes out long. In the end its going to end up looking like the Match of the Week between Gaming Royalty and N2P. GIMP has this dominated.

Unknown's Prediction: GIMP by 150-

CheckMate seems to have fallen apart a bit after their loss to GR, so they're definitely going to have to shake up their roster a bit. On the other hand, GIMP has slowly been adding crazy amounts of skill to their roster, making them one of the top three teams in main for sure. GIMP will take this as CheckMate enters a losing streak.

Todo's Prediction: GIMP by 100+

Rumors are that the biggest dod rifle will be competing against the palest in the dod battle for middle chronicles. G.dog and polak will be battling constantly, and i will really come down to the sniper support both get. mountain will be on lock for GIMP as kirk drops an insanse amount of kills on nobody. Watch for heineken to roll, and Josh to be solid. Gimp is just the better team.

Jakewut's Prediction: GIMP by 75+

If im not wrong this is match of the week. Both teams look equal with their players but with the recent pick up of propoganda (GIMP) and ghod for XM. i can see mid being the battle of the match. Mt house is going to be controlled by whoever and can hit their shots. Both wickedpete and ze germans should put up good numbers if they can controll it. As for long im sorry XM but if gdogg and mexicant are going then its theirs. The real battle will come down to which sniper can control mid.

wedo's Prediction: GIMP by 100-

Another contender for MOTW. Both teams have exceptional records and exceptional rosters to back it up. Checkmate has Alex “Soma” Kirk behind the wheel a driven leader who gets his team to scrim and also benches himself for the good of the team <3. GIMP has a seasoned veteran in Heineken, a beer swilling lovable teddy bear. Even with checkmate scrimming a few times and GIMP only organizing a pug every now and then I see GIMP taking this one.

Moger's Prediction: GIMP by 100-

vs.

re-united

So basically "We only play World of Warcraft" vs 12 year old vent crew. If crazykilla pulls out his "I cheat in kalt pubs and get caught while doing it hacks" they should keep it close. Watch for sparkles to s[b][/b]hit all over re-united. Todo will rage in vent then he will say he's going to dispute but forget about it right after becauses he's getting beat with pizzaboxes. The awesome World of Warcrafters will be too much for the high pitched screaming voices of re-united.

Unknown's Prediction: Sparkles by puberty

This match will showcase two similar, but very different teams. One will be coming in with skill, the other with 'skill'. The real question is how much 'skill' the other team brings. Should definetly be close and hard fought, but i think the experience and skill of sparkles will outweigh the 'skill' re-united is bringing to the table. Look for todo to go negative and whine, and pud to be angry.. also, be sure to watch crazykilla, as he is one of my favorites of all time!

Jakewut's Prediction: Sparkles by 46.78+

Well sparkles is doing well in main with a 3-1 record and i see them continuing to do well the rest of the season. Sparkles heavies should have no problem holding mountain both sides. Whacked will put up big number. Wintehs should have no trouble sniping middle. The real battle will be at long because you will crazy killa leading the way and hoping to put up big numbers. Even if Re united is able to get mid, it wont be for long. Sparkles has the teamwork to beat them

wedo's Prediction: Sparkles by 100+

I don't see sparkles having any trouble at all with this match. Despite Re-Uniteds 5-1 record look to see Sparkles dominate every side of the map capping at least two or three times both halves. That is unless they all decide to show up drunk and not try hard which is a big possibility.

pernicious Vengeance



vs.

Gaming Royalty

Welcome to your Match of the Week. Watch for Gaming Royalty to try and keep their undefeated record. Look for pernicious Vengeance to fight for a higher playoff seed. For pernicious Vengeance: surge, Buzzbee, scorch, excelsis, john, and dane. For Gaming Royalty: wedo, specops, fluxx, clutch, lerfooled, and slaughter. Excelsis and dane should have a slight edge at middle vs lerfooled and fluxx. Long should belong to the team of scorch and john unless clutch and slaughter can pull of something spectacular. Buzzbee and surge vs wedo and specops at mountain should be the most even matchup. Gaming Royalty will play slower than pernicious Vengeance overall so watch for the match to be closer than it should be. Also, how could pernicious Vengeance lose when surge rolls kids at mountain and by kids i mean his own team.

I'm picking the upset here, which is kind of weird considering that pV is the underdog. They shouldn't be the underdog, but they are. However, they got lucky here. They're playing on the map that caters best to skill as opposed to whoever's willing to sit in a corner for longer. I think we'll see pV's raw skill overcoming the fact that GR is going to scrim this map 40 times more than pV is.

Todo's Prediction: pV by 100-

This is going to be a pretty good match up. The map favors pV as they are the more fast paced team out of the two here. Wedo and specops might keep it close on mountain side since specops will be prone in every single corner he can find. I'm not quite sure how the battle for mid is going to go. Scorch and Dane will have long on complete lock down. They FAR outskill them in that area. I think its gonna start out back and forth but all the veteran stars on pV are gonna walk away with it towards the end.

WickedPete's Prediction: pV by 100+

obivous choice for match of the week, with the seemingly two best teams in main going head to head on dod's favorite map, harrington. there will be plenty of amazing matchups to watch, including that of mr. wedonmybelly247 against the "dod jesus" pvsurgeLOL. the true test will be excel and lerfooled at middle to see who can control the mid and allow for their team to flood through it. overall, i think the amount of try possessed by gr will overtake that of pv's.

Jakewut's Prediction: gr by 75-

Both teams have superb records going into the 7 th week. Gaming Royalty will try and uphold their undefeated record while pV will try and get their 6 th win of the season. Even though pV has dSchey on their team I don't think it will be enough to derail Gaming Royalty on their way to an undefeated season.

Moger's Prediction: gr by 150+

Good 4 Nothing



vs.

Knox

Basically the argentians killed Knox. Even if Knox plays watch for them to not care at all while Good 4 Nothing trys their hearts out. I would type about stuff incase Knox plays but since I'm lazy its easier to say they forfeit.

Unknown's Prediction: G4N by forfeit

So, I heard that knox died and saw lots of recruitment threads and then I heard someone saying "I think knox might even die" a few days later, implying that maybe they haven't? If they have, G4N gets a free win. If they haven't, they're too much for G4N by a long shot on a good map.

Todo's Prediction: Knox by 200+

If knox can field six, this should be a close game. If not, I think g4n might win by a small margin.

Jakewut's Prediction: G4N by 10+

Should knox happen to field 6 for this match I will be amazed. However, if they do happen to field enough players, and those players not be from the cs portion of the knox team. Look for knox to come out strong and surprise the pants off of g4n.

Moger's Prediction: Knox by 50-

I AM



vs.

Demolition

Watch for krod and steel to destroy wherever they are going on whatever side while their teammates sit and spawn and cheer them on. Demolition should take this one easily against a 1-5 IAM team.

Unknown's Prediction: Demolition by 350+

I AM lost all of their cheaters and Demolition still has a few. Plus, I AM is just awful. Demolition in one of the biggest margins of the week.

Todo's Prediction: Demolition by 500+

I AM is a team that has been around a long long time. Unfortunately their star players seem to have parted ways with them. Demolition is gonna roll this map. krod and hero are gonna have mountain side on complete lock down. They outclass them in pretty much every other area as well. I expect a pretty sound beating in this one.

WickedPete's Prediction: Demolition by 250+

demolition might have a bit of a losing streak going on, but a team like iam is just the kind of team they need to boost their e-egos. with demolition outskilling IAM all over the map, especially on a skill map like harrington, look for demolitions to blow iam away.

Jakewut's Prediction: Demolition by 400+

An easy win for Demolition lead by Krod. Krod will dominate both allies and axis on mt house. Steel and zoltan will also be putting up big numbers. If there is to be any action in this match it will be at MID. i dont know who snipes for either team but lets hope its a battle.

wedo's Prediction: Demolition by 250+

Even with the loss of a certain Matt “clutch” Emmons. The Demolition team will have no problem handing I AM another gritty defeat.

Moger's Prediction: Demolition by 200+

PARA 247



vs.

covenant

Apperently last week PARA 247 decided to start showing up for matches and actually playing instead of sitting in spawn and scoring 1 point. It won't matter what PARA 247 does this week against a decent .500 covenant team. Watch for the Player of the Week knubbe take control of middle on both halfs while explodey dominates wherever he goes.

Unknown's Prediction: cov by 150+

After covenant overcame a near death, they simply have the stronger roster. PARA 247 pulled out a decent win against possibly the worst team in main, but it wasn't enough to imply that they're good. Covenant should take this one pretty easily with good teamwork.

Todo's Prediction: cov by 100+

Covenant is gonna completely blow this match out. Then it's going to get overturned after a dispute.

WickedPete's Prediction: cov by 400+

PARA247 is almost as bad as IAM, but not quite, while covenant is not quite as good as demo, but are still alot better than PARA247. So all in all, no matter how bad cov plays, PARA will still lose. K-e-N can't even steal this win from cov no matter how hard he tries. DONT FORGET KNUBBE WAS PLAYER OF THE WEEK MAKING COV AN OBVIOUS WINNER!

Jakewut's Prediction: cov by 100+

Nothing much to say about this match. Covenant will have no problem holding down the map. they should all be putting up big numbers in this match. The only thing para can hope for is that they dont let them score too many points.

wedo's Prediction: cov by 250+

Not much to say here. Player of the week Knubbe, along with Blaze, Dullumis and Disco Stu will take cov straight to victory against a struggling PARA247 team.

Moger's Prediction: cov by 150+

Primoris



vs.

Ninjas with Puppies

Ninjas with Puppies has schmiggs and Primoris doesn't. NUFF SAID.

Unknown's Prediction: nwP by 100+

Primoris has the edge in activity but nWp has the edge in pure skill, it would seem. However, led by lots of randomness on whatever gun platypus and spadekiller use, with a touch of skill coming from hisey and pumpkin, I think Primoris is going to take this and surprise a few people.

Todo's Prediction: Primoris by 100-

As both teams come off wins, look for both teams to bring the intensity as they fight for a possible playoff spot in cal-main. With Schmiggs sniping middle, primoris will have to find an alternate way to take over. If they fail to do such, primoris will not win. Simple as that.

Rise Above



vs.

Few Good Men

It's fgm. nuff said

Unknown's Prediction: rise^ by 500+

I'm glad to see that my buddies from Rise Above have been given a break this week from what hasn't been an easy schedule for them this season. Not only do they get to play harrington, but they get to play a team that has yet to win a match legitimately. Look for them to run circles around fgm in a big confidence booster. .

Todo's Prediction: rise^ by 400+

No freakin clue who FGM is, I see they have 2 suspended players so that's probably their talent on suspension. Rise Above are quite the online super stars so i expect them to blow this out.

WickedPete's Prediction: rise^ by 200+

Although rise cannot seem to keep an active rifle to save their lives, FGm can not get a win all in the same. Rise is still underrated, but will need to pick it up in the next coming weeks in hopes of making playoffs. meX will outsnipe whoever is sniping for FGm, so rise should control middle throughout and take this win.

Jakewut's Prediction: rise^ by 100+

Nothing worth mentioning about this match. Rise will easily roll FGM on this map. Mex will hold mid and txi will pron FGM to death. Rise above should have this no problem on both ends. look for mex to put up big numbers and if txi gets off his belly he might also

wedo's Prediction: rise^ by 250+

I don't see this match as being much of a challenge for Rise Above. Mex will dominate the sniper. Then you have the two H's. Hvc and Hvk. Both of which will frolic around the map headshotting people left and right on a whim.

Moger's Prediction: rise^ by 325+

NihilisT



vs.

GameShock

Basically I'm sitting in NihilisT vent and they told me if I didn't predict them to win that they would rape the virgin mary aka me.

Unknown's Prediction: NihilisT by 50-

NihilisT has had a pretty good season thus far, much better than their 3-3 record indicates, in my opinion. They kept it really close against n2p and lost one match due to a lack of demos, and they're definitely a solid team. They'll be too much for gameshock this week, even without their valued sniper holding down mid.

Todo's Prediction: NihilisT by 200+

Nihilist isn't that bad. Gameshock were complete super stars when we scrimmed them. This will probably end up being a pretty good match since gameshock has to record this.

WickedPete's Prediction: gameshock by 10+

This match as the makings of a very hard fought and intense match between two teams on the bubble. Should be a very entertaining match, so if theres hltv and the pv gr match isn't on, I would watch this. Loki is amazing, but leppy isn't bad either :P Dont' really know much about either team, so gl hf

Match could go either way. I've scrimmed with d3x and I know that he can beast kiddies in middle. However I'm going to have to go with nihilist on this one.

Moger's Prediction: Nihilist by 50-

StormTroopers



vs.

Sterling

Sterling isn't turning any heads this season, but StormTroopers has had a very unsuccessful entry into main with four losses and a forfeit win. Look for Sterling to catch a break this week against bottom-of-the-barrel StormTroopers with a safe win.

Unknown's Prediction: Sterling by 700+

StormTroopers definitely have some strong players and there were 2-3 who surprised us last week when we didn't expect much, but that still leaves the 2-3 that couldn't break 20 for the match. Those people will weigh them down enough for Sterling to take this comfortably.

Todo's Prediction: Sterling by 200+

In a battle of who really cares, stormtroopers (great pub btw) will be playing a dod team that has been around longer than half of team-reunited. I think that lt.fuzzydemon will quite possibly drop 70+ each half, leading sterling to victory.

Jakewut's Prediction: Sterling by 50+

Vendetta



vs.

Elite DI

A battle between 2 of the weaker teams in main. Watch for ecks (if he plays) to distract the other team with his superior belly dancing skills and cap out singlehandly while everyone stares at his sexy body. Vendetta should take this but Elite DI might get blown out because they might not be able to hear anything in game because of James screaming and complaining in vent.

Unknown's Prediction: Vendetta by 100-

I don't see this match being very close, in spite of their shared 2-4 records. Vendetta has picked up some good players and Elite DI is just not bringing home the wins that they should be, even though James is really cute. Look for Vendetta to take this one solidly led by cuties glass and audio.

Todo's Prediction: Vendetta by 200+

it seems that as vendetta is getting better, elite di is getting worse. although both are far from being huge contenders in main, this will be a great matchup to show who actually has slim chance of making playoffs. personally, i believe that with vendettas new pickups of decent players (falx, audio, and pho) they should be able to take this.

With the newly formed vendetta. They should have this as an easy victory. Their new roster which includes Jordan, kbz,vlad,lowcarb and audio are just some of the people that will put up big numbers during this match. This should be an easy victory because of the fast pace. Jordan and vlad will dominate mt house while their rifles will dominate both mid and long.

wedo's Prediction: Vendetta by 150+

Both teams come into this match with a 2-4 record. I can easily see this match going either way depending on who makes the first mistake. With vendetta adding a couple new faces to the roster lets see if they can finish the season at 500.

Despise



vs.

Nothing To Prove

Despise will lose then after they lose they will dispute N2P. After that N2P conveniently (insert cheating excuse) demos/ss.

Unknown's Prediction: Despise by turnover

It's kind of funny how bad n2p got once they absolutely destroyed us on solitude, but whatever, they can have fun with inconsistency. Last night was pretty bittersweet for them as they got duality back but lost shizz due to insufficient demos, but regardless I think they're too much for Despise. Look for Talon to multitask and drop 40 a half with his left hand while writing excellent GotFrag articles with his right.

Todo's Prediction: n2p by 200+

This matchup will definetly be hltv mandatory as both teams will be starting former cal banned players on both sides. Harrington should be a great map for both teams to strafe and simpleesp2 all night, without HLTV of course. With duality going long, it will be up to kirill and talon to keep the mountain on lock as to not allow the full caps. overall, i think n2p will take this, unfortunetly.

Jakewut's Prediction: n2p b y 60+

Well i would have said that Despise would have won this hands down. BUt with the changing of admins and the unbanning of Duality. I see this map going a totally different way. Mountain house will be controlled by k_tolstocheev and talon. The problem will be at long and mid for despise. Duality and untouchable should have no trouble controlling that side of the map. Lars will do wonders in mid with Game as his back up.

wedo's Prediction: n2p by 150+

Both teams have very strong records coming into this week and I could easily see this being a MOTW. However after Shiz having his “corrupt demos” the n2p team is going to be a little weaker this week. Look for Game and Baloo to run shop and for Duality to get disputed no matter what his score is. If despise can handle game and baloo accordingly this match can easily be had.
