Enervate announces new DoD team! By: Phil "ENE|Prodigy" Smith Recently Enervate Gaming parted ways with their Day of Defeat roster, who became part of the MNM organization. The team left on good terms, but Enervate felt that there was enough dedication and commitment in the DoD community that they wanted a new roster that would be able to reach new heights in the competitive DoD circuit. Today Enervate Gaming is proud to announce their brand new Day of Defeat roster, which is sure to bring new light to the organization. ENE.DOD Roster: Main Lineup Mike "Bane_" Turkowski - heavy/manager Nick "e`man" Koehler - heavy/in-game leader Ivan "rebirth-" Rojas - Rifle Shaun "Hostile" Catron - Rifle Sheldon "ratamahatta" Rose - Rifle Riley "Sub" Ackerman - Sniper Backup Players Daniel "Acab" Shine - Heavy Greg "gwolf" Wolf - Rifle/Sniper Liah "liah" Oeltjen - Rifle/Heavy Adam "odd-" Belanger - Rifle Members of this newly formed team have played for such notable teams in the past as Losgueros, Revamped, Skull, and DiCe. With the combination of dedicated veterans and dominating new additions they are without a doubt expected to do well in the upcoming competitive leagues for Day of Defeat. The teams manager, Bane_ had the following to say about joining Enervate and his expectations for upcoming events. "We've been literally waiting on the edge of our seats for this opportunity. There are many organizations in the gaming industry that can promise a great future for our team, but not many organizations can come as close as Enervate now does and has been doing in the past. They have some of the best gamers and the most hard working staff in Esports. Myself and the rest of my teammates in redphive couldn't of asked for any better. We hope with this partnership we can only Excel and achieve our goals of being a championship team both in CEVO and at major LAN events. With pickups such as e`man, hostile and rebirth we've found a chemistry and filled leadership positions that really boost our confidence much more than we had last season. With our newest lineup we're most confident in winning CAL-Main this season, a top 3 finish in CEVO-A and hopefully a top 5 CPL finish if Day Of Defeat is brought back into the major LAN scene. We are also very confident that we will be granted a professional spot in CEVO with our current lineup being so strong." Enervate Gaming CEO Curt "KeyHunt" Carter had the following to say about this new pickup. "I am sure that this team will continue to grow under the Enervate name, and we welcome them with open arms. Enervate Gaming would also like to thank our sponsors: Aim2Game, SteelSeries, and JetNetHosting for the constant assistance and aid they provide us with. We hope you continue to support this team under our name, and for any updates please visit #enervate." I hope that you all wish both Enervate Gaming and their new DoD roster luck in upcoming tournaments and leagues where they are all sure to prosper as some of the best. |
