Substandard vs. Legion

Jeff: I think the team I just played in TPG was pretty much substandard, if that is the case I was actually pretty impressed with their rifle crew on bridge and their plaza team gave our heavies a decent run or so it seemed. That said, they're no match for the online wizardry of legion. Fallen is easily LGN's worst player but ex-hsb dobalina and out-of-nowhere illusion seem to have had their games sprinkled with magical wizard dust provided by fallenpotter. Those two anchored by Loki (note to Loki: why do you play with these online idiots? I thought you were remaking this team? sad :( ) one of the best snipers around at this time, will give legion the nod.

Players to watch: Paint drying

Robert: This might be a half interesting match, due to –standard’s chemistry of playing with each other for quite sometime, but mista’s 12man energy against stacked teams might provide the boost that legion needs. That and Loki will run everywhere fr4gging like he wins source LANs or something. Substandard will hopefully be able to hold a double cap to thwart the momentum of legion, but I think legion’s player *ahem* talent will prove superior.

Skull Gaming vs. Online Thunder

Jeff: I'm going to do everything in my power to get 6 on so we can play my fav. team~! I hope we can get 6 for you so we can all get madd cl1pz.

Robert: If skull obtains 6, this should be an interesting match. Thunder’s 6 of Ivan “shorterthanjaggonwithouthislegs” Rojas, Tox, Tony “no, this is my real name” Compton, Alan “I fr4g through walls” Williams, Aaron “better at isketch than dod” Poirier, and William “Tony Compton steals my last name” Blackwell find the unstable 6 of skull a tough blend of veterans, which will turn a map like anzio into hopefully a very good battle, with Thunder having a very strong bridge game, and skull having a very strong plaza game.

Butt naked Gamers vs. That's a Paddlin'

Jeff: Wow a match between two teams who have actually been around for more than a week and been to several LANs? I don't know how to predict these anymore! If vasily plays, the bensane match up v. vasily on bridge intrigues me while Stevie playing for the honor of his daughter in plaza v. Madison (again, if he plays) also intrigues me! All in all this should be a good match up with clutch players all over the place, much love to both teams two of the best left.

Robert: If you don’t want to watch the motw, this would be my second choice. Plain and simple, these are two great teams with amazing talent, and the rifle battle should be nothing short of spectacular. BnG brings prop, bensane, and body against TAP with vasily, ham, and whomever else they feel like playing. Nick and que should provide ample covering scopage wherever they venture, and the heavies from each team face off in plaza. I think the deciding factor here will be that BnG only gathers on Thursday to play, and nothing further.
