Following a sixth successful SoCal LAN, The Office Games has promised the community another tournament in Spring 2009.
Top teams from the United States, Canada, Australia, and France are here to determine who is the best in the game. Omar is working closely with TOG's Payam and Jason in making this event run better than the previous SoCal LAN.
Venue: The Office Games (Westfield Shopping Center)
Camino Del Rio N #1228
San Diego, CA 92108
When: Group Play: Friday, June 5th, 2009 @ 9AM PDT Double Elimination Rounds: Saturday, June 6th, 2009 @ 9AM PDT

Air Travel: San Diego Airport (SAN) is a 10 minute drive from the LAN center. Los Angeles (LAX) and Ontario (ONT) International Airports can be a 2 hour drive to San Diego.

Omar I see you are also accepting payment for LAN registration at the door. Your rules also say that if there are not enough teams/people registered one week before the LAN, you reserve the right to cancel the LAN. My son is flying down there from Toronto, can you confirm now if you have enough teams/people to hold the LAN?
The event is definitely happening. That rule was put up in early Jan. to show how serious we were about wanting a bigger turnout. Don't worry about that at this point, the LAN will not be canceled for any reason that we have control over. If you're son is planning on coming, I suggest you just save yourself/son an extra $10 and pre-register. You can do it all the way up to the night before the LAN..Unless there are issues with paying online, pre-registration is the way to go.
