My latency is only a disadvantage to me. However, I believe the closest you ever got to top level of this game was benching a few weeks for Skull. I've always done well in matches and scrims, unlike you. You just talk a big game, but buttom line is, you were never any good, it's common knowledge. Stop being a lowcarb wannabe.
