Good Game Client announced September 1st that they would be holding a North American DotA tournament. Signups have begun, and will be closing on September 5th. The GGc tournament will then begin play on September 8th. The tournament, so far, as 15 teams signed up, with the most notable team being Team Sloth.

Mode: 5v5 -XL
Map: 6.43b, unless a new stable map comes out.
Prize: Up to 30,00 GGC experience and 2 months of premium membership.
