After much anticipation and waiting, details for the 2005 Major League Gaming Season Finals have finally been announced. On February 25th and 26th the Jersey City Hyatt Regency will be host to the culmination of the 2005 MLG Season. With $55,000 on the line for the Halo 2 team tournament alone, this is an event to be remembered. On top of the Halo 2 team competition, there will also be a $13,750 purse being offered for the Free For All Halo 2 tournament.

With so much on the line, this event will be the biggest stage for Halo 2 competition yet. MLG teams across the nation are gearing up in preparation, ready to make their stamp on competitive gaming history. These teams are ready to show that Halo 2 is ready to be brought into the spotlight as a major field for professional gaming.

It should be noted that Major League Gaming is allowing spectators for the finals and that a camera crew will be in attendance to capture all the action of this event.
