Now on the heels of the official schedule announcement by Major League Gaming, it comes down to the wire as teams are fighting for the top of the ladder before playoffs. Seeing many of the same teams holding the top spots, we have also seen a number of top 8 MLG 2007 Pro Circuit teams blazing through the competition as they look for a top spot as well.

One of the biggest names coming out of nowhere has to be professional team Final Boss, which has seemed to have come out of thin air to drop into the top 10. Defeating Str8 Rippin, Fatal Images, and Triggers Down recently, it seems as though the Final Boss of old is finding their way through this new game to take out the top teams as of now. This will not stop newer teams from holding the spotlight however, as Triggers Down breaks through Fatal Images and Under The Influence to take first place.

We can't doubt the skill and experience of Final Boss as it is still fairly early before the first MLG stop. They will likely be placing in the top two very soon, should they get themselves a few XP boosts by taking out top teams. Although they are Final Boss, they have fallen to the top teams a few times, which shows that they are not immune to defeat.
