PainKiller: CPL UK PK Round Up

After an exciting encounter between Fatal1ty and Vo0 the Dutch legend emerged victorious against his ever-present nemesis. Here is a round up of the weekend's competition:

Fatal1ty was the upper bracket winner, surprising that Vo0 was able to take the championship games.

#4 IMHO Vo0 is the better PK player, if he would practise more he would make that more clear, even today - from the few moments we could see on TSN - I saw Vo0 making mistakes he would normally not make when he is playing at his normal level (in Dallas it was really bad). No more WoW would be good for Vo0 :)
Fatal1ty is a great player and these two guys are in a league of their own... Probably Fatal1ty would have beaten Vo0 in Q3 and such, but in this game Vo0 is better... The gap has closed a lot between them, but that has everything to do with the difference in effort both players are putting in it...

ztrider has improved every stop (placing 3rd at cpl summer) but now he's down to 6th =(

In hindsight this may turn out to be one of the best rivalries in the short history of e-sports.. I'm surprised the CPL isn't hyping this matchup more as it's the most (and only, really) interesting thing about Painkiller from the outsider's perspective.

Btw most sites report that Fatal1ty lost Sacred in the first match, before TSN broke off I remember that Fatal1ty was having a big lead (10 or so) with 6 minutes to go... Someone please explain?

I tried looking around the world tour site but where does it say exactly how much money has been made by everyone who has played. I'm talking the total amounts.

Alot of people dont even play PK and are interested in the fatality/voo rivalry. They should hype it up alot more.

#8 -- vo0 played cpma, fatal1ty played vq3.. fat wouldnt have touched voo in cpma had they ever played, considering voo started playing q3 after fatal1ty had moved on to ut2k3..

Why does everyone like Voo so much? All he does is act like an ass. even when I met him he was an ass. He loses a tourney and blames it on another game. Well, he should take responsibilty and try to say he just lost. And when he wins, which he does in pk, he should just sayhumble things, not "see what happens when I dont play WOW"? Also, good thing he is winning, because a good portion of his proceeds go straight to Fnatic. Lucky him! GL in Quake 4 Voo, dont sit too close to the screen!
