In what is becoming an all too common scenario, both Sander "VoO" Kaasjager and Johnathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel find themselves going head to head in the Grand Finals. Kaasjager is the current overall World Tour champion with four victories in six events. Wendel has his own victory, which came on his home turf in Dallas, Texas. As was the case with the previous two events, Sander will be coming up from the lower bracket and Johnathan in the upper bracket. Vo0 was sent to the lower bracket relatively early by his standards by David "Zaccubus" Treacy of Four Kings. In Texas, Wendel was able to hold off Kaasjager and win in two maps, however, in the UK stop, Vo0 was able to battle back from the lower bracket and win the two matches (four maps) required.
