The Cyberathlete Professional League is giving away 500 free spectator passes for their upcoming 2005 World Tour Finals in New York City. $500,000 USD will be up for grabs for the 32 qualified players.
The CPL has announced that it will be giving away 500 free spectator passes for their upcoming 2005 World Tour Finals in New York City. The tournament will feature the 32 qualified Painkiller players that have qualified at the various World Tour stops. $500,000 USD will be up for grabs with $150,000 USD alone going to the winner.
Cyberathlete Professional League | Press ReleaseThe CPL announced today that it will issue 500 free spectator passes to the World Tour Finals to take place November 22 at the Nokia Theatre Times Square in New York City.
The online registration for the 500 free passes will be available at noon Monday, November 7, 2005 at www.thecpl.com/register/.
The event will feature the $250,000 final match of the CPL World Tour, exhibitions, a huge party, two rock bands, DJs and much more.
MTV will provide coverage on MTV Overdrive, the new broadband video channel from MTV.com. MTV will also feature live highlights of the finals and create a half-hour special to air on Saturday, November 26, 2005.
The sponsors of the World Tour Finals are Intel, NVIDIA, Razer, and Red Bull.
