PainKiller: CPL World Tour Seedings Announced

The CPL have released seedings for their upcoming $500,000 Painkiller World Tour Finals.
The $500,000 CPL World Tour Finals are less than a week away. The best Painkiller players from around the world will converge on New York for three days of intense competition. The CPL will conclude its first ever World Tour with much celebration including coverage from MTV as well as a glimpse of the upcoming AMERICAN GAMER documentary. Today, the Cyberathlete Professional League have released the seedings and brackets for the upcoming Finals.

The event will kick off next Sunday, November 20th and continue until Tuesday, November 22nd. The seeding for the Finals are as follows:

I don't understand why the seedings are based on the overall WT rankings and not current form.
ztrider should be above stermy and zyz and Zaccubus came above 8th in the last 3 tour stops he attended (although he didn't attend CPL Chile).
If quizzes are quizzical, then what are tests?
