We're back with the second edition of the Gotfrag Official Painkiller World Rankings after the first stop of the CPL World Tour, Turkey. Much has changed since our first publish of rankings except the great hegemony of the Dutch champion, Sander "Vo0" Kaasjager. Zyz has proven that he's no fluke by beating fatal1ty once again, and even taking a match from Vo0 in the grand finals. Other names such as Fatal1ty, Stermy, gellehsak and Stelam are chasing those two and will be looking for their smallest mistakes in the upcoming World Tour Stop, Spain.

WorldWide Rankings

Just Outside: Sakh-12, Ztrider- 10

Almost everyone except the reigning champion Vo0 has a new rank in this edition of our World Rankings. Zyz gets the 2nd spot after being the runner-up in Turkey and proving that he's the real deal. The goldenboy Fatal1ty drops two spots and gets overtaken by Stermy after his loss in the losers' bracket finals in Turkey. Gellehsak and Stelam keep their spots convincingly as zen drops down to 9th after his 9-12 finish, and both LeXeR and Daler boost up their rankings with top 8 finishes in Turkey. Stermy's teammate Forrest manages to sneak up to the 10th spot just ahead of Sakh and Ztrider.

North American Rankings

Just Outside: wr3ck- 12, Ironson-12

The first world tour stop seems to have shifted the balance in the North American rankings, as the only people keeping their spots are Fatal1ty and gellehsak. Daler, with his 8th place finish at CPL Turkey, knocks zen (9-12) out of his chair. Wombat makes a big leap of 5 spots, beating destrukt by only 2 points to take 5th place. Cha0ticz drops down a rank with his two back to back disappointing finishes, while dj also drops a rank because of his inability to find a sponsor to go to the World Tour stops.

European Rankings

Just Outside: Sakh- 20, Aim- 20

There was no question about the top three, as all of the 14 voters submitted votes that were like carbon copies of each other. LeXeR closed up on Stelam a huge amount but it proved not to be enough as Stelam edged in front by the smallest possible margin. Both Ztrider and deatz leaped up two spots while sakh, our former #6, is now outside of the top 10. Forrest gets a jump start onto our list making it to the 6th spot after a solid effort in Istanbul. The race for the tenth spot proved to be tough as British representative Kuula beat Sakh and Aim by one point to put his name in our European Rankings.

General Ranking Notes:
1. Sorry, but there aren't any rankings for Australian, Asian or South American regions.
2. Rankings are voted on by top teams from around the World by an email/point process where each representative ranks the team with the team receiving points based on their individual ranking per representative.

Participants
Vo0, zyz, Stermy, gellehsak, daler, zen, Stelam, forrest, deatz, wombat, destrukt, dj, neok, wr3ck, CAL|Wires
